Most event organizers first turn to the Google search engine, enter the phrase "training rooms in Warsaw" or similar and start browsing the pages of individual facilities. However, this method has several serious drawbacks. First of all, the organizer wastes a lot of valuable time looking for key information on websites that are often not properly formatted. Some companies also do not provide the complete offer directly on the website, which makes it difficult to compare rooms and forces you to exchange e-mails only to learn the details and rental rates.
Currently, the event organizer is not doomed to long-term surfing the web in order to find several offers that he could compare with each other. The development of modern online thematic platforms has given a major impetus to standardize and simplify processes that previously required more time and attention. Such websites appeared the fastest in the hospitality industry. Hardly anyone has ever booked an accommodation through Booking.com or AirBnB. Common, standardized platforms have given a strong bargaining chip to clients who can search and compare offers, taking into account the criteria that are crucial to them.
However, changes in the accommodation market bypassed the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) market for a long time, which meant that meeting organizers, coaches and trainers did not have a similar tool enabling them to quickly find a room and book online.
